Day 85 BBM 90 Day Challenge
Day 85: Not sure I see a difference.
BUT, I feel great and now enjoy working out.
Who knew? LOL
It's the final week of the Bikini Body Mommy Challenge! Woot Woot! How are you doing? I haven't been 100% throughout, maybe like 80%, but every workout I do give it 100% so hopefully that counts for something.
So today's workout is:
1. SQUAT SWING 28/25
2. PUSH-UP “T-STANDS” 13
3. LUNGE KNEE-UPS 21/19
4. MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS 90
5. BICEP CURL “3 REP ROUNDERS” 12/12/9
6. STEP-UPS 15/17
7. STRAIT-LEG SQUAT THRUSTS 10
8. HUNDREDS 102
Getting There! Want those "tank top arms" for Summer!
- In addition, I am doing the "30 Day Squat Challenge" and am on Day 10, which was 105 squats. I did 3 sets of 35 with 30 second rest in-between. OW. Just sayin' =)
- Also, did 30 Oblique Crunches (each side), 20 second Side Planks (each side) and a 45 second Elbow Plank
When the BBM Challenge is over, Briana has more in store for us as the next month goes by and the next 90 Day Challenge, which starts 5/5. I am going to do my "own thing" until the next challenge starts, which consists of a LOT of ab exercises, HIIT Cardio and of course working from the inside out with my meals and warm water + lemon juice every morning.
At the end of this week, I will share the workouts I will be doing over the next 30 days, in case you'd like to follow along.
