Day 51 BBM 90 Day Challenge
Today's mission: 20 minute HIIT Cardio! Now, as you know, I do that every Cardio day, as opposed to the longer workout. Many in the Challenge do 45+ minutes of other cardio exercises so for them, this was a shift. For me, it's a matter of choosing which exercises I want to do today.
- Elevated mountain climbers
- Rest 1 minute
- Jumping jacks
- Rest 1 minute
- High knees
- Rest 1 minute
- Jumping squats
- Rest 1 minute
- Repeat x 3 for total of 24 minute HIIT Cardio
I know I went over a little bit, but I wanted to mix things up quite a bit and so that put me over the 20 minute mark. PHEW!
Need to get the butt and tummy toned!!! Legs are shaping up; I can feel it through my pants. Arms are starting to slim down too. Slowly, but surely, I am getting there.
I STILL struggle with eating. I don't mind eating clean, but I don't eat enough throughout the day and that's a big no-no. =( I do try, but on a tight budget, sometimes there just isn't enough food in the house.
