One of the best daily workouts I have EVER done was my gratitude journal. Every single day, I would write down 15 things I was grateful for.

Here's a daily exercise for you. Every morning, before you get out of bed, take some deep breaths and say out loud 10 things you are grateful for.
There is no "right" or "wrong" way to do it, just do it your way. But, do it. You won't regret it, I promise.
