Do What Works

Do What Works

One thing I have learned over the years is that you have to take a step back sometimes, and look at what's going on.  When you're knee deep in a situation, you don't always see everything that is going on outside of it.  But, when you take a step back, your perspective changes a bit and you can see things you've never seen before.

You have to do what works and what gets you results.  And, you have to move beyond the things that are not serving you.  Sometimes, this may be physically moving, other cases, it may be moving away from people.  If you are not seeing the results you want, then take a step back and look from a different perspective.

And, do it now.

Let's say you want to get physically fit.  Are the workouts you are doing, giving you the results you want?  If so, then continue doing them.  If not, find some variations or other exercises that do.

If you want to find the perfect person for you, are you mentally and emotionally ready for a relationship?  Are you hanging around the places and people where you could meet this person?

If you want to make more money, are you open to receiving more?  Are you doing everything you can in your current job or business to receive the income you deserve?  Are you careful with the money you already have?  Do you have a financial plan in place?

If you want success, in whatever way that translates for you, are you doing everything you possibly can to create success?  Are you mentally, physically and emotionally willing to achieve success?

Take a step back and look at what you are doing.  Do more of what works.  Release or replace what doesn't.

I'm looking forward to sharing more content with you every single day.

I'm looking forward to creating a kick-ass program that will help you transform your life, one step at a time.

I believe in myself.
I believe in you.
I'm rooting for you,
hope you're rooting for me too.

Stay in Your Own Lane

Stay in Your Own Lane

I heard this phrase today and it got me to thinking...

So often, we let what other people think and what they say, deter us from doing the things we truly want to do.  We also worry about what other people may think, even though we don't necessarily have proof that those people are even thinking about us.

Where does that come from?

It's not from "them", it from inside of your head.  It's what you think about yourself that allows those fears and insecurities to blossom.  Somewhere, somehow, the fear of being rejection or not good enough, set roots in your mind and in your heart & soul.  And, as I've said before, what you think about, you bring about.

So, when that teacher said your work wasn't very good.
When that friend chose her boyfriend over you.
When that manager promoted the other woman in your department.
When that family member told you that you've put on weight. Etc, etc, etc.

You bought into it.
You absorbed it and you allowed it to take hold in your mind.
Like a weed, those words grew quickly and infected your whole being.

And, then you started to beat up on yourself, too.

After all, "they" must be right.  "They" have this item and that spouse and those clothes and blah, blah, blah.

But "they" do NOT live your life.  "They" probably don't even think about what you've got going on nearly as much as you worry about "them."  Because humans are selfish, by nature.  And we think that everything is about us.  It's true...and that's the human nature.

Guess giving time and emotion to "them" or what you believe "they" may be thinking, you feed that nasty weed inside of you.

You have an inner beauty that requires nurturing, love and sunshine.
You are a beautiful woman.
You have a purpose and we need you.
You have a light inside of you and we need it to shine.

I'm just like you.
Most of my life I've struggled with being "good enough."
And, I have doubts and fears, just like you.
I have struggles and challenges, just like you.

The thing is, you need to focus on YOU.
You need to stop worrying about who thinks what, what they're doing and so on.
You need to stay in your own lane.

Don't compare yourself to anyone; there is no one like you.
Don't listen to negative people; they don't walk in your shoes.
Don't let others narrow-mindedness affect you; you've got a purpose to fulfill.
Don't concern yourself with what other people own; you are blessed and highly favored.

Spend a little time today with YOU and have a chat.

  • How do you feel?
  • What do you need?
  • What are some things you want to achieve during your transformation?
  • What action steps can you take today, to get closer to your goals?
  • What challenges are you coming against?
  • How can you resolve these challenges?
  • How will it feel to resolve these challenges?

And, above all else, take time for gratitude.  I talk about that HERE

I believe in myself.
I believe in you.
I'm rooting for you,
hope you're rooting for me too.

PS:  I'd love to have you join my new Fab Fit Fine Facebook support group.  A safe place to get encouragement for women, like you, who want to feel fabulous, fit and's a state of mind, hon.

Walking the Walk...Literally

Walking the Walk...Literally

It's one thing to say you're going too do something; open declarations and intentions.

But to follow through on what you say is where your true character shines through.

I began my transformation journey 5 days ago and I stated that I was going to work on my mind and body. Every morning I work on my mind, doing my daily journaling and listening to recorded coaching calls during my commute. Today, I began my daily walks. Now, I've tried to walk everyday but I knew that I'd have to figure something out for work.

So, I created a new habit today. Small protein-filled snack and some water, then a brisk walk down the road and back to my place of work. I also skipped the lunchtime coffee that I usually have, full of sugar and creamer. I also made sure I drank at least half my body weight in water today...which is a big deal because I'm not typically a fan of water.

Making small changes helps to create new habits. For example, every time I'm thirsty, at work, I reach for my water bottle instead of my coffee cup. After a week of doing that, one cup of coffee lasts the whole work day now. Meaning less caffeine and sugar, at a gradual decline.

For me, these small changes, implemented on a consistent basis are the key to creating new, better habits. And following through on what I say it's as important to me as it is important to the people that believe in me. So today, I walked the walk, not just talked the talk.

I believe in myself.
I believe in you.
I'm rooting for you,
hope you're rooting for me too.

I Am Open to Instant Change

I am open to instant change.

Which is a really good thing considering in one night, a vision and some clarity caused me to shift my path completely.

As much as I enjoyed the idea of working with Mompreneurs, there was something "off" about the path I was on.

I knew mindset was definitely my passion but I also had to recognize the fact that I wasn't on the course that I needed to be on, for me, at this point.

There are things I need to get straight for myself and working with mom entrepreneurs isn't the market that will help me do the things I need to do for me.

See, I need to work on my own transformation.  And, at this juncture, helping moms in business isn't a good fit.  I need to work on me mentally, physically and well as work on my financial situation.  So I pulled the plug on my Mompreneur makeover for now.

What made this easier for me was that I was still my authentic self and the content I have created is valuable.  I have no worries there.  But if I launch a product, I want to be present and work with the women using the product.  If I'm working on a different path, that will make it much harder to help as many women as I'd like.

So, for now my primary focus is mindset and transformation.

My target market: women that are 40(ish) that want to be Fab, Fit, and Fine.

My message:  being fab, fit and fine first begins in the mind then continues with action steps and results in transformation.

I invite you to follow my transformation journey on my new blog which will be merged with this one at a later time.

My purpose is the encourage, empower and equip women to create a life they love.

I welcome you on both blogs.  I've also started a FB group as a free support for women going through their own transformation journey.  It's not opened to the public just yet but will be in the next few days.

And I'm also video blogging my journey on YouTube.

I look forward to seeing you!

Remember to be Grateful

Remember to be grateful every single day.

Today, I went back to working Mondays after a month of being off.  As much as I enjoyed the extra day off, it changed my paycheck in a couple of ways.

But, because of the new schedule, I was able to pick up my youngest son from school today.  He was surprised to see me and it was great having a few minutes one on one with him.

The weather was amazing so I was able to take the kids to the park and we had a really nice time.

There's a lot of other drama going on in my life right now, but I made sure I appreciated the beauty of the day, the benefit of a good job and the quality time I was able to spend with my kids.  And I just realized I didn't get to do my video for today so I will focus on catching up for tomorrow.

Whatever is going on...there's no reason you can't take a few minutes to be grateful.  My transformation journey is only on day 3, but I know I'm on the right track.

I believe in myself.
I believe in you.
I'm rooting for you,
hope you're rooting for me too.

Sometimes It Hurts

Sometimes Transformation Hurts

It might be physical pain, like the soreness of walking uphill, as I did today after going for a nice walk in the park.  Or, like withdrawal from sugar and caffeine.

Sometimes the pain is in your soul, like the changes I have to make in my living situation.  Or the stress of not having the money I need to do the basics.

But the rewards will be greater than the pain.  The end result is the focus I need to keep so that I can get through the days ahead.

It's not going to be easy but it will be worth it.

That's what I hold on to.  That's what will keep me going.

As you go through your own transformation, keep your eye on the prize my friend.  It's the only way to keep it together.

I believe in myself.
I believe in you.
I'm rooting for you,
hope you're rooting for me too.

Transformation Starts on the Inside

Transformation Starts on the Inside

Your mind must be convinced that it needs to look for the end results.  That's why I set a 90 day challenge for myself.  Even though it's a lifestyle change, having goals gives me a forward focus and helps me gauge my progress.

Once the mind is convinced of something-anything-it seeks evidence to prove itself right and craves the supporting actions.  If I told myself that I will never lose weight, get a better job, make more money...the subconscious will focus on these things and seek evidence to make it true.

That's why daily affirmations, intentions, visualizations and goals are so very important.  It will constantly refocus you to look at where you want to go despite where you might be.

Now, sometimes you're going to have unmet goals.  But that's where gratitude exercises and forgiveness comes in to play.  We all have those off days.  We all have challenges and obstacles.  ALL OF US!  It's important to focus on what is right and going well. Forgive yourself for what didn't go as planned or when you have a mental or physical breakdown.  Then, let it go.  It serves no useful purpose to hold on to the dead weight.

Another vital component in a transformatio journey is SUPPORT.  A support system will celebrate your wins with you, give you a pat on the back when you struggle and extend a hand when you've fallen.  True support provides constructive criticism...helpful advice and suggestions.  As well as a shoulder to lean on when you're weary.

Nobody is perfect.  We all have our faults, struggles, challenges and even addictions.  Knowing you're not alone is a tremendous relief.

Last night I did an exercise for my mind.  I created a transformation short list.

From overweight to 125#
From smoker to non-smoker
From sloth to exercising 3-5 x a week
From broke to 6 figure income earner
From in debt to debt-free
From homeless to home owner
From p/t mom to f/t mom
From nobody to mindset & wellness maven
From trapped to total freedom
From stressed to blessed
From struggling to happy

I let it flow and that was the list I created.  I have a long way to go but I feel confident.  More confident than I have in a long time.  I feel totally aligned for a change, not just partially aligned in this way or that.

I believe in myself.
I believe in you.
I'm rooting for you
hope you're rooting for me too.

Transformation Journey Day 1

Transformation Journey Day 1

My name is Joy Marino.  Welcome to my blog.  I am a mom of 6, a Veterinary Technician, an Author and a Coach.

Today I started on a journey.  For the sake of goal-setting, I will say it's a 90 day challenge.  But, in reality, it is the first chapter on a life-long journey.  A journey that will take me to highs and lows.  A journey that will have twists and turns, periods of euphoria and devastation.  After all, isn't that what life is?  A journey?

I created an introduction/Day 1 video to share a bit about this journey.  Let me tell you, I went WAY out of my comfort zone to do this video.  I have become very self-conscious over the past few years.  But, I know that in order to grow, there are pains to push through.

My transformation is not the typical "weight loss" journey.  It's about transforming my mental health as well as my physical health.  I started out this year with the intentions of becoming a Life Coach.  And, I began to target Mompreneurs.  I've spent many hours working on content, learning new techniques and implementing a great deal of concepts to help me get my message out to the world.'s all awesome, real-deal shit.'s not all of who I am.  I still felt something was missing.  Something that I needed to deal with before I could help others.  And, last night, while relaxing in the tub, I began to think.  See, water is my "thing"...meaning when I'm in contact with water, or even just sitting watching the ocean, my thoughts become productive, clear and progressive.  Ideas flow.  Clarity happens.  Motivation and inspiration strike.

I truly want to work as a Mindset coach.  But, there was more.  And, I targeted Mompreneurs because that's who I am.  I am a mom and an entrepreneur.  There are some crazy sets of challenges when you need to be 100% for your kids and 100% for your business.  And for all entrepreneurs, with or without kids there's also:  if you work outside the home, that's another 100%.  And, if you have a partner or spouse...and friends...all 100% too.

Anyway, I digress.  I do that often so you may want to just get used to it.  I've been referred to as a young Edith Bunker at times.  If you don't know who that're probably NOT in my age group.  LOL.

So, my thought process went to this, and I'm summing it up here as best as I can (and in my video above, too):

I want to inspire and empower women who are "40-ish" to get mentally and physically fit.

My journey is going to be as real as it gets.  I'm no fitness guru.  I'm no "greens only" kinda gal.  I am not a nutritionist or a personal trainer.  I'm not allergic to gluten or a vegetarian.  I'm just a regular woman who needs to get her act together.

However, wherever my journey takes me is NOT where you are supposed to go.  This isn't about helping you lose 35 pounds like I plan to, or stop smoking or eating clean.  This is about me sharing the real shit I go through to get where I want to be before I'm too damn old to get anywhere at all.  Or, before some illness forces me to dramatically change my lifestyle.

In turn, it will undoubtedly inspire women to shoot after their OWN transformation journey.  I don't know if I can inspire 10 women or 10,000 women.  I don't know if I can make a living doing it, either.  But, once I realized that I wasn't doing what I needed for myself, that's when my focus shifted.  I'm no good to anybody if I drop dead from a stroke or get so depressed that I don't want to leave the house anymore.

How the hell can I help anyone like that?

So, my Day 1 video is up.  And...good, bad or ugly, I will be doing a daily video under 10 minutes to share what's going on, what my thoughts are and if I even got a second of exercise in that day.

Speaking of which, it is GORGEOUS here in Jersey!  So, after work today, I took the kids to the park and we had a ton of fun playing kickball.  I ran around with my kids...sometimes, really running my ass off...for almost an hour.  It felt great, but I think I'm a bit sore.  I will be tomorrow, that's for sure.

I also switched my sweetener to sucralose in my coffee this afternoon and chugged a bottle of water.

I used the only spare $1.27 I had to buy that since I forgot to fill a water bottle before I left work.

Oh yeah, I mentioned in the video...part of what I'm going to share is how when money is tight, I cope.  I drink tap water...OMG!!  And, I eat ramen noodles...yes, I said it.  I've had two cigs, just while I wrote this long-ass blog post AND I'm going to take a short nap.  It's been a long week, but it's Saturday night!  I'm not very healthy right now, but, that is the REALITY of life for some of us.  You don't always have the time or resources to do it "right" so...

A motto I say daily.  The part that makes the difference..."the BEST I CAN"  If you can eat better...DO it.  If you can skip that donut...DO IT.  If you can walk on your lunch break for 10 minutes....DO IT.

At the end of the day, you need to have peace in your mind, heart and soul that you did the best you could.  And, if you slipped off your plans, forgive yourself and get back on plan tomorrow.

I believe in myself.
I believe in you.
Hope you're rooting for me,
cause I'm rooting for you.

Why You Need A Coach

Why You Need A Coach

Say what?

Because you don't know everything.  And, the more you learn, the more you grow.

I'm not saying you necessarily need me, but you need someone.

Every successful person you see online, on the television, in sports, in music, in movies...

Every SUCCESSFUL person you admire, has a coach.

Don't believe me...research it.

Singers have vocal coaches.

Actors have speech coaches.

Athletes, have MULTIPLE coaches.

Billionaires have coaches.

You start with the type of coach that helps you with what you need at any given time.

No matter what you are working on, no matter what your business is, no matter how much money you make, no matter how many people you work with, no matter what the situation, you can learn more.  And, that means, you need a coach.

It is TOTALLY worth investing in your education, in your health, in your mindset, in your business, in YOURSELF.

You have a vision for your future, right?

Don't you want to reach your goals?
Don't you want to earn that income?
Don't you want to travel to those places?
Don't you want to own those things?
Don't you want to pay off that debt, retire, fire your boss?

Yes.  I know I DO.  That's why I invest in coaching.  Whatever the cost, it's worth it.

It is priceless.

So, figure out what you need to learn, or need help with, right now and then go out and find a coach.

I hope today's post has been helpful to you.

I look forward to hearing your feedback.

Make it a great day; you deserve it!

Who Is Getting In Your Head?

Who Is Getting In Your Head?

What you watch, read, listen to and surround yourself with becomes your reality.  If you expose yourself to negative, draining and counterproductive influence, you will find more of that in your life.

If you surround yourself with happy people, abundant lifestyle, positive thinkers, you will also find more of that in your life.

Your challenge for today is to pay close attention to what influences you.  AND, you need to slowly separate yourself from any of the influences that do not serve the woman you want to become.

  • Television (I believe the news is THE WORST influence ever!)
  • Online video
  • Social networks
  • Music
  • Friends
  • Family
  • Co-workers
  • Neighbors
  • Books
  • Magazines
  • Movies
  • Unhealthy and counterproductive habits (eating crap, smoking, drinking, drugs)

This is just a basic list.  As you look at the influences in your life, you may see some things that aren’t on this list.  That’s ok.  Handle these influences.

Now, you cannot choose family and co-workers.  So, those that create harmful reactions, you won’t be able to eliminate.  But, you can adjust the amount of exposure and influence they have over you.  Crowd them out…literally or figuratively.  Spend more time with the right influence and do not give power to the wrong influences.

You will still have obstacles and tough times to work through.  Nothing will totally eliminate them.  Honestly, those are opportunities to learn and grow and strengthen yourself.  What the goal here is to surround yourself with far more positive than negative; creative a positive atmosphere and mindset to move towards to your new reality.

Make it a great day; you deserve it!

Get Specific-3 Tips To Help You Gain Clarity

Get Specific

When you are doing your daily journaling, your inner-work, I cannot emphasize how important it is to get specific on what you want to manifest in your life.

A humorous side note:  I must get ridiculously specific in my own journaling.

I wrote, many times, that money flows to me easily and effortlessly.

Today, I received a check in the mail for $7.58.  :)

It's something I will be working on from this point forward, that's for sure.

Anyway, I want to share with you 3 tips to gain clarity; help you get more specific in your business and in your personal life.

Tip #1:  Break your goals down into bite-sized chunks.  Not only will they become easier to achieve, but every step will bring you closer to your goals.  And, if something doesn't go the way you hoped, you can easily take a step in a different direction, instead of trying to go back to the drawing board.

Tip #2:  For the goal you are trying to achieve, see it from the perspective of the person you will become once you achieve it.  What will achieving that goal feel like, look like, smell and taste like?  What would one day in your new reality look like, hour by hour, task by task?

Tip #3:  This one is going to sting a bit.  But, do the work and you will be able to go forward with a fresh perspective.  What will it feel like if NOTHING changes over the next month, 6 months, 1 year?  What will you lose?  What will haunt you at night before you rest your head?  What benefits are there in staying where you are and doing what you're doing?  What will it cost you if you don't get specific, right now, on where you want to go and who you want to be?

"Clarity is the most important thing. I can compare clarity to pruning in gardening. You know, you need to be clear. If you are not clear, nothing is going to happen. You have to be clear. Then you have to be confident about your vision. And after that, you just have to put a lot of work in."
~Diane von Furstenberg

Once you gain clarity, you can move forward with purpose and intention.  And that is when shit gets real and big things start to happen.  Your reality will shift.  Results will begin to show.  Your life will change.

I hope today's post has been helpful to you.

I look forward to hearing your feedback.

Make it a great day; you deserve it!

It's Not Working

It's Not Working

So...what now?

Give up?

Or, push like hell to make it work?

Most people will give up.  They will give their business some effort and when the results don't pour in and they don't wake up to thousands deposited into their account while they slept, they walk.

Some will decide that they need more information and education before they can make the business work (which may be helpful) so they find a new book or course and put their business work on hold (NOT helpful).

You have to work your business like YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT, because it does.

And if it doesn't...then you're just playing around with a hobby business, which is fine because you know it's a hobby and you don't expect to make money from it.

I'm speaking to those mom entrepreneurs that started a business to IMPROVE their lives.

To get out of debt.
To fire their boss.
To retire their partner.
To spend more time with their children.
To travel the world.
To buy a new car or home.
To make an impact on the world.
To showcase their talents, abilities and gifts.
To create a life they love.

THOSE mom entrepreneurs need to hustle and grind and do whatever it takes because it IS a matter of life and death.

Living a life of freedom, abundance and alignment, OR
Dying inside until their life is over.

I know the pain of not living the life you were called for.

I know how it hurts to want a better life but not have it.

I know that sometimes it is hard f-ing work to be seen or heard in this busy, non-stop world.

I know that deep inside there is a MESSAGE that MUST. BE. HEARD!

I know that deep inside there is a PURPOSE that MUST. BE. FULFILLED!

And, we both know that sometimes we've got to work hard and do more than we think we can handle because it has to be done.

Your life.  The people that need you; their life depends on you too.

I'm not being dramatic at all.  Think about it...if your life depends on hustling and grinding to do what you KNOW you're called to do...

...and what you're called to do is intended to help someone else....

...and they are waiting, seeking and yearning for your help...

...but you just say, "Nah, I'm too tired today.  I don't feel like it."

Where does that leave THEM?

Get it now?

So, Mama.  You need to do the f-ing work you are called to do.

You dig deep and you pull yourself up and you get out there.

You need to do it for you.

You need to do it for your family.

You need to do it for the people out there that are waiting for you.

Right. Now.

I tell myself this EVERY morning.

And, if I have a day where I just don't think I can go any further...I kick my own ass and get up and do what has to be done.

It's your choice.  It's always been your choice.  Choose what you want to do...

...and then DO IT.

This is the picture I have on my desktop:

I'm here for you Mama.  I'm rooting for you!

If you get stuck, you come back to this post and read it over and over again, then go out there and do your work.

Love & Blessings,

Stop Chasing the Money Honey

Stop Chasing the Money Honey

Some of you out there are looking for the easy way...
...the quick fix.

Like an addict that will sell their soul for a few dollars to get their next high.

And the next.
And the next.
And the next.

It doesn't make you a bad person.
It does say that you're desperate.

It doesn't mean you're never going to achieve better.
It does mean that you don't see the full potential of what you can achieve.

How can I say these things?
How do I know?
Where do I get off calling you desperate?

I've been there.
Maybe even more often than you.

I know the pain and frustration of never having enough money.

I know the fear of losing everything because the paycheck doesn't cover the bills.

I'm here to tell you that chasing money is like chasing a chicken.

Ever see the movie Rocky?  It took a lot for Rocky to catch that chicken.

Thing is...for Rocky it was about speed and agility.  Chasing money is about scarcity and fear of lack.

But you can do something to change your situation.  Actually, you can do a few things.

Create a budget and financial plan of action.
Consult a financial advisor.
Increase your income.

You need to figure out what's important to get paid and what is luxury spending.

Then, stick to the plan.

Increase your income by selling unwanted items, garage or yard sales, get a job or second job, and increase your business activity.  There's a ton more ideas, but those are just a few you can do now.

When your income increases, you need to stick to your financial plan.  You don't want to blow all the money you're making and be back at square one.

Also, invest in yourself.  It doesn't have to break the bank, but working on your beliefs about money will free you from a ton of stress over money and actually allow the flow of money to move in your favor.

In your business, you need to be committed and focused.  Invest in a coach that can help you build a business that you're passionate about.  And they can help you work through "shiny object syndrome", limiting beliefs and other obstacles that keep you playing small.

Just a note...when i use the word invest, that means time, money and energy.  Many of the suggestions here can be done on a tight budget.  You just need to stop chasing the Money and start striving towards your dreams.

Make it a great day; you deserve it.

How Do You Define Success?

How do you define success?

When someone says they're successful, what do you think? Do you look at their income or achievements our something else entirely?

Do you define your success by others level of achievement?  How does that make you feel?

I've been guilty of that, for sure.  Someone who makes 6 or 7 figures, had thousands of clients or customers....etc.

The problem with that is when we do that, we're not comparing apples to apples.  What my idea of success is, isn't the same as yours.  I can guarantee that.

The general answer, which is quite  vague, is achieving your goals defines success.  And that's all well and good, except it doesn't register in your brain, in your heart and soul, as something you can achieve.  Its too damn vague.

So, what goals do you have right now? Where do you see yourself in a year?  If you could place an order for what you want for your life, what would that look like?

Surely you wouldn't go too a restaurant and say give me some meat with a side of veggies and a drink.  You'd say give me a steak, well done, with a baked potato, butter on it, and a coke with ice.  See the difference? It's specific.

So, take a pen and piece of paper and write out your definition of success and get crazy specific.  You're placing an order to have the future you desire.

Do this exercise daily.

You won't regret it.

Make it a great day; you deserve it!

Stop Trying to fit in because you can’t

Letter to my fellow Mom Entrepreneurs

Dear Sweet Friend,

Stop Trying to fit in..

...because you can’t.

Sorry to say, but it’s true.  You know why?

Because you are…

…tired of getting lost in a cloud of hype
…sick of being excited, hopeful and ready to go, only to fall flat on your face
…frustrated with sacrificing hours of your time and not getting results
…missing out on family time just to break even
…scared if it doesn’t work, you’ll go further in debt

AND you are…

…completely unique to everyone else in this world
…full of hopes and dreams inspired by desire and need
…willing to do what you need to do for your family
…a hard worker
…an ambitious and driven woman
…you have a purpose and are dying to fulfill it
…ready to DO more, BE more and HAVE more

So, stop trying to fit in and follow the masses.  That only gets you on the fringes of what is possible for your life, and for your family.

I’m calling you out, Mama.  You are here, right now because something inside of you craves more.  You’ve been trying to go it alone, hoping that something will work or someone will give you the key to success.

The problem is that YOU have the key already but for some reason don’t believe it or are unwilling to receive what is rightfully yours.

It’s time to get a move on, sister.

Time to shit or get off the pot, as they say.
Time to invest in yourself so you can do the things you need to, in order to have the things you want to.
Time to admit to yourself that you are good enough to have the success you desire.
Time to stop measuring your success by the accolades of others.
Time to stop wasting your energy and your finances and your time on things that are not right for you.
Time to stop playing games, treating your business like a hobby and get focused and serious about what you are willing to commit to, in order to build a business you are passionate about and create a life you love.

I say all of this out of love.  Because, someone had to call me out once, too.  Someone had to tell me to get out of my own way.  A lot of people will say that, especially in online business advice circles, but too often they say it, make a few suggestions and then go about their business.  Leaving you trying to figure out in what way you are sabotaging yourself and how to overcome the obstacles.

Thing is, a ton of people that are successful in this industry have figured it all out.  Have figured out the key to success and they can try to tell you what it is, but in reality, they can’t.  Because, the key to your success, as I said, is YOU.  How can a 7 figure income earner tell you what it takes to be successful, if they aren’t at the level you are.  They were, once, but they aren’t anymore.  It’s simple to give someone a list of things to make them check off the tasks, but in order to truly help you, it takes some intense coaching.

So, here’s the deal.  You want to figure out how to turn a hobby into a profitable business, or how to get leads into your business, or how to build a team that goes out and gets shit done and increases revenue exponentially.  I am willing to coach you.

I want you to join the Mompreneur Makeover community on Facebook.  Introduce yourself and tell me what your biggest struggles are.  It will cost you nothing to do this.  I want to also offer a free 30-minute discovery session where we can discuss what your biggest struggle is, and discuss some ways you can work on it, immediately.

If you’re willing to do the work, willing to make change, willing to kick your limiting beliefs and obstacles to the side, then I want to hear from you.  However, if you are going to sit back and do nothing, not open to instant change, mindset work or committed to your business, then just keep doing what you’re doing.

Definition of insanity, as I first heard from Dani Johnson:  Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

If you’re okay with the same results you’ve been getting, that’s okay with me.  I’m passionate about helping Mom Entrepreneurs build a business they are passionate about, working through limiting beliefs and creating a life they love.  I am not tolerant of people who aren’t willing to make changes, but yet believe that they are entitled to all the successes that others have achieved.

Let’s connect and start making some changes for you!  Now.   Isn’t about time you got what YOU want?
