Day 40 BBM 90 Day Challenge

REMINDER:  I am a day behind.  This workout was for Friday 2/14.  Again, I will continue to follow the week's plan, just one day behind the group and hopefully, after tomorrow, will be caught up on 2/17.  =)

Day 40 .. “LOVE your LEGS & BOOTY” workout!

20 Full Squats
30 Second Squat Hold
20 Squat Pulses
( Repeat Set)

20 Alternating Lunge Kicks
20 Jump Lunges
30 Second Lunge Hold-each Side
(Repeat Set)

20 Calf Raises
20 Calf Raises this time one leg at a time, 10 each
(Repeat Set)

So happy that this is the last of these leg sets.  OMG.  I was falling over and laughing.  If only you were a fly on the wall... LOL!!  But...I made it through all of the exercises, slowly but surely.  And the BURN was as usual, intense, but still wasn't as bad as the first time.

I finished off not with stretches, but by dancing to Katy Perry's "Hot N Cold." It always made me dance at work, so much so that even after I stopped working there, rumor is that my old co-workers start dancing when it comes on...and think of me.  How sweet is that? And, knowing that, I dance...thinking of them!

Anyway...going to have my late snack then get ready for my shower.
