Day 50 BBM 90 Day Challenge

Hey friends!  Back on track again.  Day 48 was Cardio, but I skipped it and Day 49 was a rest day.

This was a tough one, for sure.  I have limited space and had to get creative with my sturdy, elevated surface.  I used a chair against a pool table for lunges, and the basement steps for push-ups and mountain climbers.  LOL

Here's today workout results:

  • Bent over Dumbell Rows:  40/41/39
  • Rear Foot Elevated Lunges Left:  17/21/20  Right:  17/20/20
  • Elevated Push ups (no modifications):  15/16/16
  • Elevated Mountain Climbers:  75/80/83

What to do:  Set interval timer 1 Minute and complete as many of that exercise for FULL minute.
Take a minute rest .. and move on to the next exercise.

Repeat for a total of 3 ROUNDS.
