Day 44 BBM 90 Day Challenge

Cardio Day-  20 min HIIT

Hey friends!  Thanks for stopping by.  Yesterday I pushed myself hard with the new exercises and today.... OW!  LOL  My chest, shoulders and legs hurt.  SO... I will not be doing my usual HIIT cardio.  I am simply going to do:

  • 1 minute high knees

  • 1 minute rest

  • 1 minute jump rope

  • 1 minute rest

Repeat x 4 for a 20 min HIIT Cardio.
