Day 47 BBM 90 Day Challenge


For today I am repeating the new exercises learned on Monday.

There are 3 separate sets of :

  • 20 reps of Bridge Fly’s
  • 20 reps of Alternating Lunges
  • 20 reps of Squat Tricep Extensions
  • 1 minute plank hold with alternating foot lift.
